Muhammad Fahad Thaheem has eight years of experience in banking and has served as the Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at the Sindh Bank Limited. He has also been involved in agricultural and farming businesses since 2014 and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Munawwar Hajj and Umrah Services, African Assessment Service in Djibouti and The Truth International in Pakistan and Djibouti.

Mir Muhammad Umer Jaffar is an MBBS doctor with extensive experience who studied from Liaquat National Medical College. He is currently serving at the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Complex. He is the director of Al-Munawwar Hajj and Umrah Services and is also currently involved in agricultural and farming business.

For over 7 years, Babar Thaheem has been working in the digital transformation industry. In his current role with Harvey Norman Australia, he has successfully completed and contributed towards numerous digital projects. He is an experienced Senior Business Analyst and Leader, driven by excellence and attention to detail.
He started his career in corporate banking as a management trainee and has worked in corporate banking as a Relationship Manager and a Global Treasury Analyst.
