Project Background
The assignment supports a national programme aimed at improving agricultural productivity and more effective use of resources in Barani, or rain-fed, areas of Pakistan.
Projects operating in rain-fed agricultural environments require strong field verification, implementation monitoring and coordination to ensure that planned interventions are delivered effectively and remain relevant to local agricultural conditions.
The engagement therefore combines implementation assistance, supervision and independent validation to provide stronger evidence on project delivery and field-level performance.
TTI's Role
TTI provides implementation-support, supervisory and third-party validation services.
The role includes observing project activities in the field, assessing progress, supporting implementation review and providing evidence that can help the client understand whether interventions are being delivered as intended.
